As a Business Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in:

Responsibilities:
- Achieve quarterly/annual goals through business generation of deposits, investments, mortgage, treasury management, loan referrals and international and other consumer products offered through East West Bank
- Individually contribute to overall team growth, performance, and business development
- Responsible for connecting with new and existing customers to determine their needs and advising them of appropriate products
- Ensure collaboration with all business partners within the bank
- Accountable for implementation of virtual delivery of growth plan, including sales goals, profitability, performance, and leads/sales prospect management
- Maintain and apply a thorough understanding of the bank’s cross border policy, client eligibility and all necessary business practices to ensure quality of NRA onboarding
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- 5+ years related banking experience and familiar with banking products
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions within the Bank
- Solid business acumen, and ability to learn entire business model
- Knowledge and understanding of banking products, market, and business trends
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills, high level of integrity, self-motivated and disciplined
- Strong problem-solving and networking skills
- Flexible in working hours for servicing overseas clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
The base pay range for this position is USD $70,000.00/Yr. - USD $110,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
