Customer Service Representative

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Haltom City, Texas. As a part of our team, your primary role will be to provide exceptional customer service, fulfill customer orders, and ensure the safety and maintenance of the store.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
• Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain a safe and orderly environment within the store, ensuring compliance with our safety program
• Take responsibility for stock replenishment, ensuring products are always available for customers
• Handle customer carry-outs (up to 50lbs), providing assistance as needed
• Perform computer work including data entry, email correspondence, and scheduling appointments
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Balance inbound and outbound calls, providing prompt and efficient service
• Assist with store maintenance duties to keep the store clean and inviting.
• Proficient in answering inbound calls and managing customer inquiries
• Experience in a call center customer service role is essential
• Must possess strong customer service skills to ensure a satisfactory customer experience
• Accurate data entry skills are required for maintaining customer records
• Ability to handle email correspondence in a detail oriented and timely manner
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
• Experience in order entry to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, optimizing time management for all parties involved
