As an Engineering Data Analyst in our Rockford, IL office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.
The following job functions are typical of the position but are not all-encompassing.- Design, implement, and optimize digital manufacturing processes and systems.
- Develop and maintain digital dashboards and reporting tools for real-time monitoring and decision making.
- Provide technical support and training to office and shop floor employees on digital tools and systems.
- Compilation of standard work and execution documentation for various tools and processes.
Expertise of our most successful Engineering Data Analyst:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Manufacturing/Operations and MES/ERP experience preferred.
- Experience leading change implementation and change management to ensure stakeholder buy-in.
- IT/Data systems knowledge and integration experience.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams to design and implement robust processes.
- Experience with Ignition, SQL, Python, APIs, Databricks, PowerBI, Tableau, Microsoft Office Products - especially Excel and SharePoint.
Education:
- University Degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
- Or Advanced Degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
- Or 9 Years of relevant experience.
