The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management abilities, technical proficiency in .NET technologies, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects while ensuring the smooth operation of production systems. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a focus on .NET development and production support. Strong proficiency in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related frameworks. Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices in software engineering. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile (e.g., Scrum Master) is a plus. Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects within defined timelines and budgets.
Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and milestones. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Establish and maintain proactive monitoring and alerting mechanisms to detect and address potential issues before they escalate. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and quality assurance, to resolve production issues and implement preventive measures.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers and technical professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance and support to team members, facilitate knowledge sharing, and promote professional development opportunities.
