What Clinical Operations Site Management does at Worldwide
The Senior Manager, Clinical Trial Operations (Site Management Franchise Lead - Cardio/Rare Disease/Gen Med) is responsible for providing on-time and quality delivery of site management services from assigned Clinical Trial Managers within the CNS teams.
These roles are the backbone of every strong CRO, helping drive breakthrough scientific research and playing a lead role in every clinical trial. All CROs will promise you growth, opportunity, and maybe even a challenge. But we offer more than that. - Line Manager to Clinical Trial Managers, providing therapeutic and operational expertise throughout the program/project delivery lifecycle
- Ensure that projects within the Franchise are properly resourced
- Responsible for creating-collaborating with Therapeutic team to provide effective delivery strategies and solutions for Franchise projects and programs
- Act as main contact person for the Project management Franchise Lead
- Present at Proposal Defense/client meetings as needed to support new or ongoing business
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English
- Ability to lead and motivate ateam remotely
- Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills by offering solutions when obstacles are identified
- Strong customer focus, ability to interact professionally within a sponsor contact
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems
- Four-year college curriculum with a major concentration in biological, physical, health, pharmacy or other related science and eight years of clinical research experience as a clinical research associate
- Five years or more of line management experience of Clinical Trial Managers or Clinical Trial Leads
- Extensive experience inCNS/Neurology/Psychiatry is required
- Travel required
- Passport required
