Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Champion operational excellence across all plant functions, ensuring seamless integration of production, quality control, safety protocols, and team development initiatives.
• Formulate and execute comprehensive production strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on output optimization, cost efficiency, and superior product quality.
• Build and inspire high-performing teams through effective leadership, professional development programs, and the cultivation of a safety-first, results-driven culture.
• Design and oversee robust quality management systems that exceed industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
• Spearhead continuous improvement projects to enhance operational effectiveness, minimize waste, and maximize resource utilization.
• Foster strong partnerships with internal departments including supply chain, maintenance, and engineering to ensure uninterrupted production flow and timely delivery commitments.
• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating proactive communication and swift resolution of operational challenges.
• Analyze and present critical performance metrics to executive leadership, highlighting operational achievements, challenges, and strategic opportunities for growth.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate:

• Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing operations, with specialized knowledge in injection molding processes strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field; equivalent combination of education and hands-on manufacturing experience will be considered
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, with demonstrated success in implementing operational excellence initiatives
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing methodologies, Six Sigma principles, and statistical process control (SPC)
• Strong business acumen with proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive process optimization
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
• Exceptional project management capabilities with track record of delivering measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and cost reduction
• Strong technical aptitude with experience in manufacturing technology and automation systems
