Responsibilities
Process AP invoices, purchase order & receipts, check runs and coordinate payments via ACH or wire transfer. Research any vendor discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries. Assign proper G/L accounts to invoices and expense reports with due dates.Post invoices into A/P system and maintain AP files. Coordinate the month-end closing process for A/P.
