Accounting Manager/Supervisor

We are offering an exciting opportunity in Spring, Texas, for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of financial and accounting tasks, including the development of accounting policies and procedures, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the creation of financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to ensure they are accurate and timely
• Planning, implementing, and overseeing the company's financial strategy
• Developing and enhancing the accounting systems and procedures used by the team
• Leading and managing a team of accountants and support staff
• Providing guidance on budgets, financial strategy, financial reporting, and forecasting
• Conducting the company's financial audits
• Overseeing cash flow forecasting
• Handling financial analysis tasks
• Contributing to strategic financial decision-making processes
• Making recommendations to business stakeholders based on financial analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is desirable
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Commercial and Percent of Completion
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions
