Location: Onsite Salary: $17 per hour ⏰ Hours: Full-Time
What You’ll Do:
- Be the Voice: Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospects, existing members, and brokers.
- Answer Questions: Provide clear and accurate information on plan benefits (no comparisons).
- Coordinate & Schedule: Set up seminar reservations and broker appointments.
- Support Enrollment: Complete telephonic enrollments and assist with broker appointment processes.
- Update Records: Keep our CRM system updated with detailed call outcomes and follow-ups.

Responsibilities- Answer inbound calls from Prospects, Existing Members and Brokers
- Answer general plan benefit questions (no plan comparisons)
- Schedule Seminar Reservations, Broker Appointments and Process Fulfillment Request using documented procedures.
- Complete Telephonic Enrollment
- Update CRM and document call outcomes
- Broker Support: assist brokers with Appointment process, provide application status, etc.
- Complete outbound calls to members based on Clients needs (ex: Member Retention)
Requirements:
- Prior experience with Medicare and/or Insurance (preferred)
- Prior Call Center experience and/or experience assisting clients via phone support (preferred)
