- Invoicing pre-requisites per client and associated billing workflows
- Conversion of quotes and orders into invoices
- Managing standard and customer-specific accessorials added by haulers
- Freight auditing and validation
- Standard and customer-specific invoice templates
- Invoice delivery via EDI, API, email and print
- Invoice aging and credit limit usage
- Hauler, agent and service provider compensations
- Payment advances and chargebacks
- Commission statements and outstanding balance reports
- Claims processing
- Responsible for documenting as-is and to-be business processes.
