Brevard County company is looking for an Accountant. Bachelor's Degree a plus, but NOT required. Responsibilities of the Accountant will include, but not limited to the following.

-- Help to ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.

-- Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.

-- Interface with other departments to verify transaction report data and issues.

-- Respond to inquiries from the department managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like.

-- Work with the outside CPA firm and the department manager to help ensure a clean and timely year-end audit.

-- Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
