My client is a well-known private investment firm based in NYC. They are a smaller and more collaborative tax team.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall tax compliance function for all domestic and foreign tax filings comprising the global enterprise, including income and non-income taxes.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with US and international tax laws
- Conduct research of non-US and US federal, state, local, and international tax matters
- Support tax planning and strategy

The Successful Applicant- 5-7 years of relevant experience within the space (partnership or corporate tax)
- Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting required
- CPA preferred, not required
- Strong and effective communicator
