Jr. Graphic Designer

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Jr. Graphic Designer in Medley, Florida. This role primarily involves creating and designing various types of designs for our company's needs. You'll be a part of an innovative team in a fast-paced industry, working in our office four days a week with the flexibility to select your remote work day.
Responsibilities:
- Use Adobe Creative Cloud and other software to create compelling designs for advertisements, brochures, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and implement design concepts, graphics, and layouts for brand awareness campaigns.
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign to create and edit artwork and banner ads.
- Use Adobe Dreamweaver and Adobe Flash to create interactive web content and animations.
- Maintain and organize digital files for easy access and future modifications.
- Work closely with the team to translate marketing and brand strategies into comps that render beautifully in print and online.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools, and continuously enhance skills through professional development. • Possess proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
- Capable of creating and designing advertisements, artwork, and banner ads
- Ability to contribute to brand awareness through creative designs
- Experience in designing brochures for different purposes and audiences
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred
- Up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
- Portfolio of completed design projects is required.
