Job Description- Lead field operations, including safety, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors.
- Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Maintain client communication, especially with executives in healthcare and life science organizations.
- Manage occupied renovation projects with minimal disruption to the surrounding environment.
- Conduct daily site walks to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications.

The Successful Applicant- Experience: 5-10 years leading construction projects in healthcare, life sciences, or higher education.
