Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in using ADP Workforce Now for efficient HR and payroll management
  • Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is essential for seamless data communication within the organization
  • Proficiency in using Careerbuilder for effective recruitment sourcing is desired
  • Strong skills in CRM for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships
