Responsibilities- Partner with all levels of management to identify staffing needs and provide expert advice on talent strategies and trends.
- Develop and refine recruitment processes that align with company goals and hiring needs.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, serving as the main contact for both internal and external candidates.
- Support hiring managers with effective interviewing techniques and sound selection processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set short- and long-term recruitment goals and strategies.
- Screen high-level candidates and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database.
- Explore diverse talent sources to consistently attract top industry talent.
- Evaluate and recommend objective assessment tools for hiring decisions.
- Track and report on key talent and recruiting metrics.
- Leverage professional networks to source qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with talent acquisition resources.
- Represent the company at industry events and job fairs.
- Assist with employee onboarding and ensure compliant candidate information management.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations.
