Senior Technical Customer Success Manager

Oversee customers journeys; drive customers satisfaction; assist customers to adopt/establish value in JFrogs products/platform; work with Sales, Product, Solution Engineering, Training, teams/external customer stakeholders to formulate/maintain Success Plans outlining how JFrog addresses their immediate/future needs (with success metrics); work with source repositories/Jenkins, CI-CD; develop SAP Fiori web application (SAP UI5, JavaScript); build services framework for SAP HANA Artifacts (Java) for productivity; provide solutions using Eclipse modeling framework/plugin development; implement Web Dynpro ABAP editors in Java; use case management systems/CRMs (SFDC/JIRA); review financial returns/ROI on customers investments; maintain understanding of companys products/roadmap to guide customers to success; increase customers Adoption Scores; establish/manage communication channels within/among departments; act as liaison to provide customer feedback to Senior Management Team; schedule, prepare, deliver Business Reviews for customers; prioritize ROI proof that leads to renewals, expansion, adoption; oversee/drive customer adoption/usage for companys customers; contribute to increased customer adoption of key platform features/best practices to maximize ROI; ensure basis for retention, satisfaction, and growth; understand customers industry trends, business challenges with companys platform, current/potential use cases for customers; develop companys champions within customers organizations who advocate for platform based on positive experiences; engage customers senior decision makers to understand their evolving strategies/shape Success Planning informed by these goals; serve as Voice of the Customer; provide internal feedback for company to better serve customers to maximize customer value/retention; partner with JFrogs Account Team (Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Support Engineers) to ensure customers renew/expand usage; monitor customer user trends/ health to recommend to internal teams risk mitigation actions (Product, Support, Services); act as technical advisor for customers; assist with architecture designs/best practices for strategic customers; train open-source community/JFrogs customers; stay current with latest technology trends related to building engineering, CI/CD technology landscape; create communication channels with key customers; and act as single source of truth for customers.

This is a telecommuting position with remote benefit from various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Job Requirements:

Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Management Information Systems plus 1 year experience. Experience to include working with source repositories/Jenkins, CI-CD; developing SAP Fiori web application (SAP UI5, JavaScript); building services framework for SAP HANA Artifacts (Java) for productivity; providing solutions using Eclipse modeling framework/plugin development; and implementing Web Dynpro ABAP editors in Java.
