- Day Shift (Maintenance Technician)
- 2 Openings
- 4PM - 2:30AM
Weekend Shift - 3 Openings - 6PM - 6:30AM/Fri. - Sun.
Role Responsibilities:
- Perform reactive and predictive maintenance, focusing on electronics, sensors, and safety relays.
- Repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Work on gravity and pressure feed piston fillers.
- Communicate issues with chillers/boilers.
- Determine root causes and implement solutions.
- Install, inspect, and repair equipment like pumps, compressors, valves, and piping.
- Interpret mechanical drawings.
- Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, tanks, flowmeters, load cells, and fluid transfer components.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- 3-5 years experience in automated machinery maintenance.
- Experience with packaging equipment (labelers, fillers, cappers, printers, cartoners, bundlers, sleevers, heat tunnels, and case sealers) is highly desired.
- Knowledge of PLCs is a plus.
