Industrial Maintenance Technicians
In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for the installation, repair, and ongoing maintenance of industrial machinery in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Your expertise in mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, and welding will help ensure that all equipment operates efficiently and safely.

salary: $52,000 - $73,500 per yearshift: First

Responsibilities
Ideal candidate will be able esponsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery within a plant or manufacturing setting, ensuring all equipment functions properly through preventative maintenance and troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve malfunctions; this role often requires a thorough understanding of mechanical systems, electrical components, and basic welding skills would be a plus to perform repairs effectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performing routine inspections, lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments on machinery to prevent breakdowns and maximize equipment lifespan.
- Diagnosing issues with machinery by analyzing symptoms, using diagnostic tools, and identifying faulty components to repair or replace them.
- Disassembling and reassembling machinery, replacing worn parts like bearings, belts, gears, and seals.
- Identifying and fixing electrical issues within machinery, including wiring, motor controls, and sensors.
- Maintaining and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic components within industrial equipment.
- Performing basic welding tasks to repair or modify machine parts when needed.
- Keeping detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures while working on machinery, including Lock Out/Tag Out and OSHA regulations.
