Our**Team Leads**supervises our Direct Support Professionals to provide support to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities.
The Team Lead role includes but not limited to supervising a team of no more than 7 who support our individuals with daily living skills including housekeeping, laundry, cooking, hygiene, and self-administration of medications. In addition to daily work, the Team Lead ensures that the team is properly trained to support individuals according to One Visions standards, ensuring safety of individuals and staff, ensuring compliance requirements are met for federal, state, and national accreditation requirements.
**QUALIFICATIONS**- High School education/GED with 5 years of progressively responsible experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred.
- OR BA/BS degree in Human Service-related field with 2 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred.
- Prior team leader or supervision experience preferred.
- Medication Manager certification required (Opportunity to become certified)
- Utilize Mandt Certified skills.
- Basic computer skills needed to complete documentation.
- Current driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
- Requires some physical activity bending, kneeling, stooping. Lifting or use of lifts for some individuals.
- Offer of employment is contingent upon background check, drug screen, physical assessment to occasionally lift to 50 pounds.
**Schedule**
Our Team Leads work on an on-call rotation in addition to their normal schedule.
**This is a safety sensitive role.**
