Job Description

The Engineering Manager Sustaining will be responsible for:

Keep an eye on how the product is performing, find ways to make it better, and make changes as needed.
Help solve any product issues by working with the quality and manufacturing teams.
Make changes to the product's design to improve how well it works and how reliable it is.
Keep track of design changes, test results, and how the product is performing.
Work with other departments like R&D, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing to make sure product updates go smoothly.
Respond to customer questions and technical issues quickly with helpful solutions.
Make sure the product meets industry rules and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Engineering Manager Sustaining will have what follows:

BS in Engineering (Mechanical, manufacturing, electrical)
5+ years of experience in Engineering Management
Sustaining background is preferred
Must come from a manufacturing environment
Proven track record of leading teams and projects
