• Manage and coordinate month-end close as well as balance sheet reconciliations
• Evaluate and make appropriate improvements to internal accounting processes
• Manage journal entries, invoices, etc. and reconcile accounts for the monthly or annual closing
• Develop financial analyses to support strategic initiatives as needed
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variance
• Month and year-end processing

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a complex environment with escalating levels of responsibility
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Advance knowledge of integrated Finance ERP system – preferably Infor Lawson
• Previous managerial experience is preferred

• Excellent written, oral communication, and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of internal controls
• Ability to produce high quality work in ambiguous environments, juggle multiple demands, and improve business processes
• Process improvement driven mindset
• Highly conscientious and proactively seeks to add value
• Optimistic attitude and creative problem solver
• Passion for collaboration with business partners to deliver results
• Advanced abilities in Excel
