Accounting Clerk

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a meticulous Accounting Clerk to join our team in West Deptford, New Jersey. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be tasked with managing customer interactions, maintaining precise data records, and coordinating with various departments for order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and manage customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
• Input customer orders into the designated order entry system with high accuracy
• Collaborate with the operations and warranty department to ensure smooth operations
• Relay customer orders to the shipping department ensuring timely fulfillment
• Utilize Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Excel to maintain and update customer records
• Provide assistance to customers as needed, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in Data Entry tasks and able to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and able to utilize its tools for various tasks.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a proven ability to assist customers effectively and professionally.
