Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the administration of benefits to all employees.
• Foster positive relations with employees and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with all California labor laws in all HR practices.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for various HR tasks and procedures.
• Implement efficient hiring processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Maintain a clear understanding of Benefit Functions in relation to the organization's goals.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a human resources management role
• Proficient in using ADP Workforce Now
• Strong understanding of benefit functions within a corporate environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven experience in ensuring compliance within an organization
• Demonstrated expertise in managing employee relations
• Knowledge of hiring processes and recruitment strategies
• Familiarity with California Labor Laws
