2nd Shift Process Supervisor
Randstad Madisonville is seeking a Process Technician/Supervisor for a local 2nd shift. The role involves overseeing job set-ups and start-ups, ensuring process consistency, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining production molds. The technician will supervise shift employees and may assist with material handling duties when necessary. Minimum Qualifications:
- Basic reading (7th-9th grade) and math (8th grade) skills (assessed through testing).
- Prior experience in process/mold technician roles or cross-training preferred.
- Experience in material handling is a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must provide own tools and steel-toed shoes.
- Must be able to obtain a valid forklift license.
- Ability to demonstrate competency through testing and job performance after training.

Responsibilities- Accurately perform process checks and complete required documentation during machine start-ups.
- Complete mold changes efficiently and as scheduled.
- Conduct start-ups using the correct procedures and complete associated paperwork.
- Transition work orders between shifts and communicate any issues or necessary actions to the incoming team.
- Conduct samples of new and revised tools as needed and submit related documentation.
- Troubleshoot processes to maintain optimal job performance.
- Verify that processes align with established guidelines using a 6-step method.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues permanently.
- Participate in 8D problem-solving processes as needed.
