We are offering a PART TIME contract for a Bookkeeper role in BARRINGTON, Illinois. As a Bookkeeper, you will be a crucial part of our team, handling various financial tasks such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and account reconciliation.
The position requires on-site presence for three days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire bookkeeping process
- Accurately process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
- Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Efficiently input data and maintain updated records
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial tasks and reporting
- Ensure the month end close process is completed in a timely manner
- Manage and oversee payroll activities
- Maintain reliability and strong multitasking abilities.
- Proven proficiency in Account Reconciliation
- Extensive experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
- Demonstrated knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations
- Solid background in Bookkeeping
- Skilled in efficient and accurate Data Entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Month End Close procedures
- Familiarity with Payroll processes and regulations
