Robert Half - Salesforce Administrator

We are on the lookout for a Salesforce Administrator to join our team in LINDENWOLD, New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce system, creating user guides, and generating reports to improve our organization's performance.

Responsibilities:

• Scrutinize and manage user login histories to identify and resolve any discrepancies
• Work towards reducing license surplus
• Oversee user management including profiles and licenses
• Develop comprehensive user guides tailored to specific roles
• Regularly report to the management team on system status and improvements
• Enhance data management by improving cleanliness and maintaining an efficient backup system
• Identify and eliminate duplicate entries to streamline data
• Stay updated with product release notes and manage critical updates
• Utilize app exchange to refine our organizational structure
• Build informative reports and dashboards to monitor system performance
• Collaborate with management to define success metrics and regularly review KPIs
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of generated reports and make necessary updates. • Proficiency in Salesforce administration is required.
• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is needed.
• Knowledge of Citrix Technologies is essential.
• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is compulsory.
• Familiarity with Dell Technologies is needed.
• Experience with Firewall Technologies is desirable.
• Knowledge in AB Testing is vital.
• Proficiency in Active Directory is required.
• Experience with Backup Technologies is necessary.
• Aptitude for Cluster Analysis is essential.
• Proficiency in Computer Hardware is needed.
