Product Manager (AI/ML)

Keysight is looking for a creative and passionate Product Manager to help us build the next generation of capabilities across our AI/ML portfolio. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of new products and services leveraging our AI capabilities and unique strengths.You will lead the product strategy, development and execution of AI solutions that meet market needs and drive business value.
An ideal candidate will bring fundamental product management skills to the team, including intimate familiarity with software development methodologies, roadmap development & strategic planning, prioritization, metrics definition & data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.Familiarity with electronic, industrial, and/or telecom test & measurement principles will provide a significant advantage along with any prior experience developing AI/ML products, solutions and/or services. Prior experience working as a Product Manager, Technical Program Manager or AI/ML Software Engineer is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for AI-driven initiatives
- Lead the ideation, technical development and launch of innovative AI products and solutions
- Take ownership of AI/ML products and solutions and lead them to success based on key metrics like revenue growth and increased customer engagement
- Collaborate with sales and solution architects to engage with potential customers to articulate and communicate the value proposition
- and to validate product market fit
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for AI-based products and solutions
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into an actionable roadmap, and prioritize critical features based on customer needs, product strategy and overall RoI
- Stay informed about advancements and changes in AI/ML technologies, market trends, and competitive intelligence, and leverage that information to steer roadmap and strategy
- Work with marketing team to produce content for marketing collateral and updates
- Work with the program management team to ensure that the program stays on track and that all stakeholders, including executive leadership, are continually informed
- Attend industry events to connect with customers, partners, and industry leaders
- Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product success
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer/data science, electronic/electrical engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in product management with a focus on developing SW products and/or services
- Direct experience or prior background in RF, telecom, electronic or industrial test and measurement
- Hands-on product management experience in an AI/ML environment with demonstrated success in leading AI product initiatives from concept to launch
- Solid understanding of AI, machine learning and data analytics technologies, including deep learning (DL)
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects, including resource allocation, timeline management, and budget control
- Ability to navigate complex ecosystems and drive impactful partnerships
- Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking and leadership skills
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
- Passion for developing intuitive, maintainable, and well-architected software tools/apps.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and independently explore innovative ideas to enhance products and operations.
- Strong collaborative and creative mindset.

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.
CA pay range: MIN $163,950 - MAX $299,820Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
