- Must haves: Senior level, looking for at least 5 years of experience with GoLang.
- Nice to haves: Agile environment experience preferred, Kafka experience preferred, MongoDB preferred, AWS cloud experience preferred, if candidate already has 278 EDI experience that would be great but not required.

responsibilities:
- Disqualifiers: Less than 4 GoLang experience would immediately disqualify candidate.
- Performance indicators: Looking for someone who understands the need for scalability and performance from the 278 system perspective.
- Best vs. average: Would consider 4 years if candidate is very strong. 5 years of GoLang would put candidate at top of list, 4 years GoLang is OK but 5 years preferred.
