We are offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join our client's team, located in Downer Grove, IL.
This involves recruitment, onboarding, administration of health & welfare benefits, performance management, and policy changes aiming to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
You'll also support job evaluations, salary surveys, and other compensation-related activities.
Another important part of your role involves staying updated with HR and industry trends to ensure that HR practices are current.

- Must have at least 3 years corporate human resources Generalist experience
- Bachelor's degree required; concentration in Human Resources or related field desirable.
- Proven track record in maintaining positive Employee Relations
- Experience in managing Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) matters
- Demonstrated ability in Full Cycle Recruiting, including Recruiting Activities, Recruiting Efforts, and Recruiting Strategies
- Expertise in conducting New permanent Orientations and implementing effective Onboarding processes
- Proficient in Performance Management techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with UltiPro and UltiPro HRIS software systems a plus
- Experience with UKG Pro HRIS system is desirable
- Must pass all required pre-employment screenings
- Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
