Our client, a global Fortune company with a presence in over four dozen countries, has an urgent need to hire a highly skilled Director of Healthcare Technology (HTM)(link removed) This executive will lead a team of supervisors and technical professionals in overseeing and maintaining medical equipment within a large healthcare system.

This role is ideal for an experienced HTM leader with a proven record of accomplishment in driving operational excellence and process improvement while mentoring high-performing teams.

The Director is responsible for managing a team that ensures compliance with regulatory standards, maintains medical equipment, and enhances patient care through effective clinical engineering services. You will collaborate with regional HTM leaders and engage with additional executive leaders to support overall healthcare operations and achieve client satisfaction.

This role offers significant growth potential and leadership opportunities for the right candidate who brings a blend of hands-on technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen.

What Youll Do:

  • Provide overall management and supervision, assuming full responsibility for the operational and fiscal performance with the client.
  • Ensure all biomedical equipment meets regulatory standards (JACHO, DNV, CIHQ).
  • Direct staff program management to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Work cross functionally to manage client and corporate relationships, building effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee activities related to biomedical services and equipment, including budgeting, purchasing and subcontracting.

What Youll Bring:

  • Five (5) or more years of leadership experience in Healthcare Technology Management (HTM), managing biomedical and equipment engineering services in a large healthcare system.
  • Five (5) or more years of direct employee management, including interviewing, hiring, evaluating, and firing employees.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in maintenance and repair of clinical devices.
  • Bachelor's degree or combination of equivalent experience and training in HTM.
  • Experience in healthcare regulatory compliance, including DNV, JACHO, CIHQ.
  • Executive and C-level relationship experience, along with proven skills in leading, mentoring, and developing successful teams.
