This role is pivotal in delivering patient-centered care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and upholding the highest standards of nursing practice.Registered Nurse Details:Multiple Shifts Available (Day / Night)Full Time PositionAvailable Nursing Modalities:Labor and DeliveryStep DownMed SurgPediatricsER / EDObservation UnitKey Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.Administer medications, treatments, and procedures following established policies and protocols.Monitor and document patient vital signs and responses to interventions.Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.Communicate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.Advocate for patients' rights and uphold ethical and legal standards of care.Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, offering emotional support and addressing concerns.Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care practices.Provide counseling and emotional support to patients and families.Job Qualifications:Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.Current South Carolina RN license.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications may be required based on specialty and employer preferences.Clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred.This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and skilled RN to contribute to our healthcare team and make a meaningful impact in patient care.
