Systems Administrator
As a Systems Administrator you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our IT systems and infrastructure. You will ensure the smooth functioning of our servers, applications, and network to support our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and applications.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and efficiency.
- Manage user accounts and permissions.
- Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization from cyber threats.
- Provide technical support to users and resolve system-related issues.
- Document system configurations and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest system technologies and trends.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in systems administration.
Strong understanding of server hardware and software.
Experience with operating systems, such as Windows Server and Linux.
Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications in systems administration (e.g., MCSA, MCSE) are a plus.
