Responsibilities- Set up and operate packaging machines following established procedures.
- Prior experience in a food manufacturing facility is helpful.
- Ensure accurate product weight, case count, and quality checks.
- Minimize waste by efficiently operating controls.
- Report any product flaws or machine malfunctions to management.
- Maintain supply levels and document daily production activity.
- Adhere to company procedures, including GMP and HACCP standards.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, third-party audits, and SFI guidelines.
- Mechanical aptitude and dexterity
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required.
