• Ensure the seamless flow of operations within the pipeline.
• Supervise customer accounts and take appropriate actions when required.
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain precise customer credit records.
• Demonstrated proficiency in 3M and ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with Chef, CRM, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Familiarity with About Time software
• Strong understanding of Accounting Functions and Budget Processes
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven experience in Compliance management
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
