• Manage data entry tasks related to tax preparation processes.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries related to their tax preparations.
• Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure all tax-related information is up-to-date.
• Resolve any tax-related issues that customers may have.
• Perform various accounting functions as required in the role.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is necessary.
• Experience with CCH ProSystem Fx is essential.
