Phoenix Home Healthcare and Hospice has IMMEDIATE openings for Caregivers to join out outstanding team to provide assistance to our senior clients. visiting them in the comfort of their home.
As a Phoenix Caregiver, you will provide direct care for our clients while WE care for YOU. Patient care includes, but is not limited to, assistance with activities of daily living and personal care, cooking, cleaning, errands, etc. We will always offer you the training, skill, and knowledge you will need to care for your patient(s).
The hours for this position are varied throughout the day and you may see multiple clients in a day if available!
Our caregivers are the heart of Phoenix! This position will give you the opportunity to make one on one connections with our clients and provide them with exceptional care!

A few daily tasks may include:
- Preparing/cleaning up after a meal
- Bathing/personal care
- Basic home chores (sweeping, mopping, dusting)
- Laundry
- Providing companionship
- At least two weekend days per month are required. (for example, Sat. and Sun. or two Saturdays, etc.)
- This position would be traveling within a 30- mile radius of the county assisting clients with various needs
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid drivers license
- Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
- Ability to lift 50 LBS
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Have a servant heart with the desire to make a difference in our client's lives
