About Our Client

Our client, a mid-sized General Contractor is based in downtown Northern Kentucky & has an excellent track record resulting from successful projects, incredible company culture and phenomenal growth. Their pipeline is higher than anticipated going into 2025 so they are looking to bring on a successful Project Manager to grow into a Senior position.

They have a strong emphasis on a positive attitude and they want to grow their team with strong construction professionals.

Job Description
  • Manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, focusing on interior renovations.
  • Oversee project scope, budget, and timeline, ensuring work aligns with company standards and client expectations.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality assurance.
  • Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, change orders, and budgets.
  • Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Review and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction, with a focus on interior renovations.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes specific to interior projects.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects, budgets, and schedules.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project).
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Kentucky.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
