Role Summary:

URBN is seeking a Program Manager to oversee technology intake process and ongoing technology portfolio. The Program Manager will ensure prioritized projects are aligning with the URBN organization’s strategic goals and fit within the technology teams’ capacity.

This role requires strong project leadership, strategic portfolio planning, and excellent communication skills to coordinate across various stakeholders throughout the organization and drive program success.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Managing an intake process throughout the fiscal year for URBN technology requests, confirming that requestor includes ROI and priority.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, integrating multiple project schedules and create Gantt views of technology portfolio in Monday.com for senior management.
  • Identify cross team capacity constraints and resolve program-level risks and issues.
  • Monitor program progress and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with different technology departments to ensure program objectives are met.
  • Communicate program status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to program management methodologies and best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Role Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technology-led projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale programs.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in program management software and tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Project Management associated field, Business Administration, or a related field.
