Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Leading and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Utilizing Agile Scrum and SDLC Methodology to effectively manage project plans and deliverables.
• Leveraging knowledge of Change Management to facilitate smooth transitions and mitigate project risks.
• Employing IT project management skills to align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Using JIRA and Confluence to track project progress and manage project documentation.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment and coordination across project teams.
• Utilizing Agile SDLC to manage software development life cycle, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Overseeing all aspects of project management, including the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects.
• Navigating through complex project challenges and leading teams towards successful project completion.
• Ensuring clear and concise communication across all levels of the project team.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Project Management role
• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies
• Demonstrated experience in Change Management
• Knowledge of Agile SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Familiarity with SDLC Methodology
• Proven background in IT project management
• Experience in Cross Functional Project Management
• Ability to manage project plans effectively
• Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in using JIRA for project management
• Experience using Confluence for team collaboration
