Who we want… (Requirements)
The new team member is required to have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a degree from a Technical College; and 8+ years in the AEC industry; experience in the Field and/or MEP is a bonus. Must have knowledge of Autodesk Design Suite; knowledge of programs such as Assemble, Fuzor and similar programs is a bonus.Have an advanced understanding of construction principles.
Must possess advanced computer skills including the ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite and e-mail. The selected candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Capable of independent thought and work. Must be physically present in the Lexington, KY area.Our Projects are nationwide. Travel may be required.

- What we expect… (Essential Functions)
Work as part of the Gray teams, interacting with owners, architects and engineers to facilitate collaboration and communication during preconstruction through use of BIM/VDC processes. Works as part of the Gray teams, interacting with subcontractors, architects and software vendors, to facilitate collaboration and communication during construction through use of BIM/VDC processes.
The VDC Manager will be responsible for managing more than one project at once independently and it’s team members. Training new team members is a responsibility. Our Projects are nationwide. Travel will be required.
