Erlanger - Aircraft Systems Engineering Intern

Overview:

This position is responsible for aircraft systems engineering-related activities and various administrative duties as needed or assigned by the department.

Responsibilities:

  • As aligned to the Aircraft Systems Engineering needs, Aircraft Systems Engineering Department will identify and communicate the key tasks that will be assigned to the Intern for the duration of the Internship
  • Under close supervision: Perform entry level professional duties of simple to moderate difficulty providing the opportunity for professional training
  • Perform assigned duties to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and standards required for successful performance
  • May perform duties such as gathering and organizing data to provide information for departmental special projects or reports
  • Assignments serve to offer practical experience and broad exposure to the Company’s organizational structure
  • Coordination and follow through to completion on all assigned projects
  • Perform all other tasks as assigned; specific activities vary by assignment

Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in college/university/trade school required with studies or experience in supply chain
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, comfortable with delivering presentations to senior leadership
  • Energetic personality
  • Flexibility to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and with others
  • Proficient in data analysis
  • Must be able to maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

Hourly Range: $21.50 - $28.00

Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset.
