Job Description- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage field operations teams, including superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the execution of multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with company and industry safety standards, promoting a culture of safety on all job sites.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, estimating teams, and clients to address issues, resolve conflicts, and optimize project workflows.
- Quality Control: Maintain high-quality control standards across all projects, conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify any areas for improvement.
- Budget & Cost Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure that financial goals are met or exceeded.
- Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, making adjustments as needed to accommodate project demands and unforeseen challenges.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve any issues that may arise on-site, leveraging your experience to implement effective solutions.

The Successful Applicant- Experience: 10+ years of experience in field operations, construction management, or a similar role, preferably within the Cincinnati construction market.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership experience managing large teams and subcontractors across various construction projects.
- Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and project management principles.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven ability to quickly address and resolve issues on construction sites to ensure project continuity.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) and strong familiarity with scheduling tools.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
