Staff Accountant

We are offering an exciting and hybrid opportunity for a Staff Accountant in ,Andover, MA area. . In this role, you will handle various accounting functions, including but not limited to, reconciliations, journal entries, and sales tax tasks.

Responsibilities:

Handle a variety of accounting duties, including journal entries and bank reconciliations.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable to ensure accurate accounting records.
Manage the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Assist with month-end close procedures for timely reporting.
Utilize ERP for accounting tasks and record-keeping.
Prepare and file sales tax documents in accordance with regulations.
Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports as needed.
Proven experience in Accounts Payable (AP) processes
Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) management
Proficiency in performing Bank Reconciliations
Demonstrated experience in maintaining General Ledger
Ability to prepare and analyze Journal Entries
Experience in handling Month End Close activities
Proficiency in using QuickBooks software for accounting tasks
