Staff Accountant

Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of accounting duties, including journal entries and bank reconciliations.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable to ensure accurate accounting records.
- Manage the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with month-end close procedures for timely reporting.
- Utilize ERP for accounting tasks and record-keeping.
- Prepare and file sales tax documents in accordance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports as needed.
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable (AP) processes
- Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) management
- Proficiency in performing Bank Reconciliations
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining General Ledger
- Ability to prepare and analyze Journal Entries
- Experience in handling Month End Close activities
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks software for accounting tasks
