Pay: Up to $52.95 per hour
Clearance Requirement: A U.S. government issued active Secret clearance is required within a reasonable time from starting. GeoLogics is seeking a talentedModel-Based Systems Engineer to work with one of our aerospace and defense partners in McLeansville, NC.
Job Overview:
As a Systems Engineer for Maritime and Strategic Systems, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for the full life-cycle Systems Engineering of an integrated cross-discipline (mechanical, electrical, controls, software, etc.) Undersea System to include system CONOPS, modeling, requirements management, integration & test planning and execution, and much more.

Required Skills and Qualifications:-
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship)-
Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years of related systems engineering experience (or 3 years with a master's degree)-
Success contributing to the systems development life cycle with strong proficiency with requirements management and system modeling tools-
Creative thinker motivated to apply technical standards and methodologies to develop solutions-
Collaborative team player with the ability to provide technical leadership and position others for success-
Strong presentation and communications skills with experience in the art of negotiation and the ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions-
Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others
