• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Experience: At least 4+ years of professional experience, including month-end preparation, financial statement reporting (balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flows), budgets, variance analysis, and restricted/unrestricted grant reporting.
• Technical skills: Experience preparing forms 5500 and 990’s.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively.
• Collaboration: Work 3 days in-office alongside the CFO and external auditors and assist with payroll tasks.
