Job Description
Adecco seeking a skilled and motivated Tool Repair Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient repairs of our equipment, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.You will play a crucial part in maximizing productivity within our repair operations while contributing to the company's financial success through cost control and process improvement.

- Pay Rate: $21 /hr

Responsibilities:
- Adhere to company’s core strategic principles, focusing on customer satisfaction, targeted focus, and competency.
- Maintain and enhance technical knowledge through continuous professional development, utilizing online manuals, schematics, and technical resources.
- Diagnose and repair equipment with precision, applying prescribed corrective measures and utilizing appropriate tools and systems.
- Utilize hand scanners for efficient parts management, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely repairs.
- Conduct thorough functional and safety testing on all repaired equipment to guarantee customer safety.
- Assist in maintaining positive customer relations through effective communication with customers and sales personnel.
- Participate in initiatives to improve repair processes, reduce costs, and standardize repairs.
- Provide data and insights to quality and product managers for ongoing product improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in mechanical or electrical repairs.
- Familiarity with Windows-based applications.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Pay Details: $21.08 per hour
