As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for managing phone lines, assisting visitors, and performing other office duties as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage communication through phone lines, including answering, screening, and directing calls.
  • Utilize computer data entry skills to maintain and update necessary records.
  • Perform filing tasks, ensuring all documents are correctly stored and easily accessible.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage switchboard operations, handling between 1 to 10 lines.
  • Check-in visitors, ensuring all visitors are properly guided and assisted.
  • Utilize basic office skills to perform various administrative tasks.
  • Operate basic office equipment necessary for the role.
  • Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Perform other office duties as needed
  • Proficiency in Data Entry and Computer Data Entry
  • Demonstrable experience with Filing and maintaining organized records
  • Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to handle queries effectively
  • Familiarity with operating Switchboards - managing between 1 - 10 lines
  • Basic Office Skills including multitasking, time management, and prioritization
  • Knowledge and experience in operating Basic Office Equipment such as printers, photocopiers, and scanners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team as well as independently
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
