We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in North Richland Hills, Texas. This role is with a growing company that maintains a great small office culture. Primarily this position will be involved with accurately processing invoices in Netsuite and extensive vendor management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing of a high volume of invoices on a daily basis.
• Ensure the accurate and timely execution of payments to vendors.
• Perform 3-way match invoices to maintain accuracy in accounts.
• Utilize systems such as NetSuite and basic Excel to manage accounts payable tasks.
• Maintain detailed records and manage customer inquiries.
• Monitor customer accounts and perform appropriate actions as needed.
• Utilize skills in organization and attention to detail to maintain efficient operations.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, managing financial matters with a high level of accounts payable experience.
• Prioritize tasks in a manufacturing industry setting to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize skills in NetSuite, Accounts Payable (AP), Purchase Orders, Code Invoices, and Coding Invoices.
• Proficiency in using NetSuite for various accounting tasks
• Extensive experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
• Familiarity with the process of Purchase Orders
• Ability to accurately Code Invoices
• Experience with Coding Invoices in a manufacturing context
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and regulatory standards
• Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet manner
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
