Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations. Provide timely information to help close deals.
• Customer Interaction: Respond to inbound inquiries from customers, providing product information and support to meet their needs.
• Order Processing: Manage order entry and tracking, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and addressing any concerns.
• Market Research: Assist in identifying potential customers and market opportunities through research and outreach.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns aimed at increasing sales.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our construction equipment products to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and inventory levels.
